Where Transcendence and Connectivity Overlap

I trace the message in your skin –
lyrics to our fav’rite song;
sounds that we recall.

Between these walls, a voice spills out
to sever from distractions;
teth’ring us to all.

Our cares collide, and notions fuse.
Bodies, covered in ginger,
form perfect patterns.

We gaze up to find connection,
reconfigure galaxies,
write wordless answers.

A chorus of combustion rings –
how could one hush the tinders
of pain and splendor?

Ideas robbed, from demi-gods,
that all the world can translate.
Each bone remembers.

The warmth of the light
within you
sets everything aglow.
